I'm satisfied with Shotwell Plumbing's service. They were able to fit an appointment in for me on the same day that I called. Rob explained to me that my leaking outdoor faucet for the water hose was shot. He would need to go through walls to replace it since I have no basement or crawl space. I wasn't able to have that done at the time, so he went ahead and made a temporary fix for the time being. He explained everything well and quick service. Cost seemed fair to me. I would recommend them.

Rob and his crew are very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. They make sure everything is to your satisfaction and clean before they leave. Estimates and unexpected work is transparent and honest. I recommend Shotwell plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber. I will definitely be calling them for future plumbing needs.

My wife and I have been very pleased with the personnel of Shotwell Plumbing. They arrived at our residence at the time requested and after our problems were discussed they went right to work. At the end of their review they told us what the solutions would be needed. They answered all questions and gave my wife and myself the approximation of costing. They always do really amazing work, and fast. They do an amazing job of cleaning up after the job, and keep everything neat while working. We’ve never had any problems with any of their work. They are very polite and friendly, and they did a great job getting the earliest possible appointment for us. 10/10 highly recommend.

Excellent service. I had an emergency. Sump pump was not working and water was backing up into the basement. I called and Rob was able to come and replace the pump the same day. Thank you so much for your response and your professionalism. I highly recommend this company.

I needed to have my sump pump and back up replaced. Rob arrived 10 minutes early as he usually does and got started. It took him about 3 to 3 1/2 hours to complete the installations. When he was done he gave me very explicit instructions on how to test the back up, which I appreciated and wrote down, as I will never remember. When he left it was as if he was never at my house. I have had Shotwell as my go to plumber for over 30 years. I would and do recommend them as a reliable company.
